Farm To Table

Each dish is lovingly created by Ivano focusing on using fresh organic ingredients from his kitchen garden within the reserve and a handful of small suppliers.

Accommodation guests of the reserve can tour the garden.

A passionate expert on all Italian food and drink, Ivano is available to share his regional and in-depth knowledge with curious diners, including ingredient and technical tips.
